West London giants Chelsea have identified the player to replace winger Willian if the Brazilian international eventually leaves the club this summer.

Chelsea winger Willian has been in very good form for his club this season and he has been one of the standout performers for the Blues this season as they remain on course to qualify for Champions League football next season ahead of others like Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal.

Willian has six months left on his Chelsea contract though the club has offered the 31-year-old a new deal but he’s holding out for two years.

The Brazilian international wants a two-year contract rather than the one-year offer on the table.

Chelsea will pursue the move for Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho in the summer as they see him as the long-term replacement for Willian on the right wing.

The Blues are expected to face stiff competition for Jadon Sancho who has shone for Borussia Dortmund since he joined the Germans from Manchester City FC of England three seasons ago.

Jadon Sancho has been one of the best players in the German Bundesliga over the last two seasons and it would take at least £100m to secure his transfer.
