Chelsea have to improve their form at home if they want to maintain their lead in the race for the top four in the Premier League.
Liverpool, Leicester City and Manchester City are on course to sealing their respective places in the top four while last and fourth spot is up for grabs though it is presently occupied by the Blues.
The weekend started with Chelsea five points ahead of nearest challengers Manchester United though Sheffield United have closed the gap to four points after their win over West Ham United on Friday night.
The Blues have surprisingly been poor at home in the league in the last two months with the team picking up more points on the road.

Chelsea have won one and lost three of the past four games at home in the league ahead of the meeting with Burnley who have only lost one of their last four trips to Stamford Bridge.
The Blues have struggled a great deal against teams in the bottom half of the league table and Burnley are one of the clubs presently in that position.
