Manchester United are reportedly prepared to wait till this summer to sign Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen.
This is according to the publication from The Telegraph which stated that the Red Devils would pass on signing Christian Eriksen for a fee during this January transfer window and that they will wait to sign him on a free transfer in the summer.
Christian Eriksen has six months left on his current Tottenham Hotspur deal and he’ll be a free agent by this summer having already told Tottenham Hotspur bosses that he won’t be signing a new deal.
The Danish international has been a key player for North London club Tottenham Hotspur since joining them from Dutch Eredivisie champions Ajax Amsterdam.

Christian Eriksen signed for Tottenham Hotspur for £11m in 2013.
He has scored 69 goals in 229 games for Tottenham Hotspur in all competitions.
In addition, the midfielder has provided 89 assists during his time in North London.
Manchester United are crying out for a creative midfielder like Christian Eriksen and they could get their man in the summer having missed out on his signature last summer.
