Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has not had the luxury of signing the players that he wants in his new job as the Blues boss as he was handicapped during this summer as a result of the transfer ban imposed on them by world football’s governing body FIFA.
The Blues were given a transfer ban for two windows but they were able to escape that predicament thanks to the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) who reduced their ban to just a singular window already served this summer meaning that Chelsea and Frank Lampard are able to sign players freely as from January.
