Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has laughed off transfer rumours linking midfielder Nemanja Matic with a move to fellow Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur.
Solskjaer dismissed the rumoured Spurs’ transfer for Matic during his pre-match press conference before the Sheffield United game which ended in a 3-3 draw at Bramall Lane on Sunday evening.
Manchester United came from two goals down to earn a point away to Sheffield United who are the surprise package of the current Premier League campaign.
Nemanja Matic enjoyed a good working relationship with Jose Mourinho who signed the Serbian international for both Chelsea and Manchester United.

The Serbian midfielder has been linked with a possible reunion with Jose Mourinho at Tottenham Hotspur but Red Devils boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer believes that those transfer rumours are wide off the mark.
Nemanja Matic joined Manchester United from Chelsea in a £40m deal in the summer of 2017 when Jose Mourinho was the Red Devils boss.
The former Benfica player has 18 months left on his Manchester United at the moment and he has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford after losing his place in the starting XI.
Atletico Madrid and AC Milan have been linked with possible January transfer for Matic.
