It’s no longer news that almost seven European clubs are in the race for French starlet Camavinga following his impressive records with Rennes this season.
The 17-year-old has been a great revelation in Ligue this season having broken into Rennes’s first team despite his young age.
His qualities haven’t gone unnoticed by top clubs as Barcelona, Real Madrid, Arsenal, Tottenham, Bayern Munich, Manchester United, Atletico Madrid, Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund are all in the race to capture his services next season.
Manchester United and other interested suitors have received a major boost on their desire to sign the player as Rennes president Olivier Letang told reporters that he is set to begin negotiations with suitors over the player’s future.

According to Letang, as reported by L’Equipe, the Ligue 1 outfit hope to stop the player from leaving but the final decision lies with Camavinga.
He revealed that he is ready to negotiate with all interested clubs and see which one is ready to meet their price tag of £25m on the French teenager who is eligible to represent Angola or DR Congo
As much as the report from France appears encouraging to the ear, Camavinga isn’t United’s major transfer target in the next summer window and I doubt Solskjaer is ready to invest in the youngster soon.
