Man United have identified one striker to solve goal-scoring problem

Premier League giants Manchester United have been linked with a move for Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez.

The young Argentine international has been touted as a possible transfer addition for the Red Devils as per the various reports in the media in the United Kingdom.

According to the Daily Express, Manchester United are prepared to trigger the release clause of Lautaro Martinez at Inter Milan.

The Argentine has a release clause of €110m in his contract at Inter Milan.

The Inter Milan attacker has become an important player for new manager Antonio Conte at the San Siro and it remains to be seen whether the club will be keen to lose his services.

Lautaro Martinez has been able to form a potent partnership in the Inter Milan attack alongside Romelu Lukaku who was formerly a Manchester United player before he completed a move to Inter Milan in the summer.

The Red Devils received around £74m for the transfer of Romelu Lukaku this summer.

In the Italian Serie A this season, Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku have contributed 14 goals to Inter Milan.

Belgian national team leading goalscorer Lukaku has scored nine goals this season to be the second topscorer in the league.
