Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic has decided to snub the overtures from fallen European giants like AC Milan and Manchester United according to the latest reports emanating from the Italian media.

Mario Mandzukic is expected to leave Italian Serie A champions Juventus when the transfer market reopens in the New Year and several reports had claimed that his next destination would be the Premier League with Manchester United keen to sign him.

According to Football Italian, Manchester United won’t sign the retired Croatian international player and that he prefers a move to Qatar.

It was also revealed that AC Milan have also been snubbed by the former Bayern Munich and Atletico Madrid striker.

Mario Mandzukic is expected to sign for Qatari top flight side Al Duhail SC in the New Year on a yearly salary of around €7.5m.

It was also revealed that Juventus will pay part of his salary upon joining Al Duhail.

Manchester United have been blunt in attack for the better part of this Premier League season and that explains why the Red Devils want to sign Mario Mandzukic to boost their attacking options.

The Red Devils have scored more than one goal in the league on two occasions only.
