Manchester United fans should be ready to welcome Swedish star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic back to the Theatre of Dreams in January if Ole Gunnar Solskjaer take heed to advice from former United player Clayton Blackmore.
Blackmore has urged the manager to include the 38-year-old striker in his winter transfer wish-list because of his obvious goalscoring abilities.
During his spell at Old Trafford, the highly-rated centre-forward found the back of the net on 29 occasions from 53 matches, and Blackmore believes he is the best player who can solve the club’s goalscoring problems.

He said to the Daily Mirror that the Red Devils are lacking a regular goal-poacher and it will be interesting to see Ibrahimovic return to Old Trafford due to his experience and potentials.
“We’re lacking a target man and the only thing that is going to save us this season is Ibrahimovic. He has thrown his name in the hat and he’s probably the best target man you can have. He’s 6ft 5in, he’s a black belt and he fancies his chances against anybody.”
“He’s still scoring goals, too. We have got rid of so many good strikers – (Wayne) Rooney went, (Robin) van Persie went, loads of them. These players have gone but they haven’t been replaced. Bringing Ibrahimovic in is a no-brainer. He doesn’t run, but he doesn’t need to because he is that good.” he said.
Ibramovic’s quality is never in doubt, but can he cope with Premier League’s physical-demanding nature, considering his age?
