The Swedish international centre back has become an important player for Manchester United since his transfer from Portuguese champions Benfica.
Manchester United paid around 35 million pounds to sign him from Benfica in the summer of 2017.
He was the last major centre back signing at Manchester United before the world-record signing of Harry Maguire this summer.
Harry Maguire became the most expensive defender in the history of world football after the Red Devils paid 80 million pounds for his transfer from fellow Premier League side Leicester City.
Victor Lindelof and Harry Maguire have formed a potent centre back partnership at the heart of the Manchester United defence.
They have contributed to the fact that Manchester United have the fourth best defence in the Premier League this term.
