Young Arsenal forward Reiss Nelson has revealed the senior players that have helped him to settle into the first team at the club.
He made this known in a chat with the official website of Arsenal.
According to him, senior Arsenal players like Alexandre Lacazette, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Granit Xhaka have helped younger players like him settle down at the club and also give them little pointers on how to improve their game.
He also mentioned that summer signing David Luiz has been helpful since joining Arsenal.
The Brazilian national team player signed for the Gunners in an £8m deal last month after he was surplus to requirements at fellow London club, Chelsea.
Reiss Nelson returned to Arsenal from a productive spell at German Bundesliga side TSG Hoffenheim earlier this year.
The 19-year-old spent the whole of last season on loan at TSG Hoffenheim.
Reiss Nelson started the first two Arsenal games in the Premier League this season after impressing during the preseason.
He was in the Arsenal starting XI for the season’s opener, a 1-0 away win over Newcastle United courtesy of the second-half strike from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Reiss Nelson also made the starting XI for the 2-1 victory over Burnley at home in what was the second league game of the new season.
