Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba might not get his dream move to Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid with manager Zinedine Zidane under serious pressure according to El Pais.

Pogba has previously talked about his dream move to Real Madrid and the feeling is mutual from his compatriot Zidane who wants him at the club.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is not completely sold on the French midfielder and Zinedine Zidane has been the person championing a possible move for him though the funds to sign the Manchester United player is elusive at the moment.

Perez wanted to sign Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen for Zidane but the French football legend opposed that move from his boss.

According to him, he doesn’t have a need for Danish international Eriksen in his midfield.

Zidane also want a Real Madrid team without Welsh international Gareth Bale but Florentino Perez blocked his move to Chinese Super League (CSL) club Jiangsu Suning to further infuriate his manager.

The relationship between Zidane and Perez has deteriorated in recent weeks and that could open the door for former Manchester United and Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho thus putting an end to the dream move for Pogba who has a bit of history with the Portuguese tactician from their Old Trafford days.

Poor preseason form has not helped Zidane and his relationship with club president Florentino Perez.
