West London giants Chelsea have confirmed that goalkeeper Jamal Blackman has joined Dutch Eredivisie outfit Vitesse Arnhem.
His transfer to Vitesse Arnhem was officially announced by Chelsea on Tuesday via a club statement.
Jamal Blackman started the season as the third choice goalkeeper at Chelsea behind second choice shot stopper Willy Caballero and first choice goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.
The 25-year-old will spend the rest of this season on loan at Vitesse Arnhem.
Jamal Blackman previously had loan spells at English Championship clubs like Sheffield United and Leeds United.
A serious leg injury ended his season in the last campaign and he was restricted to just two appearances for Leeds United before he sustained a broken leg in November 2018.
