Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has ruled out two of his players from the Norwich City game.

Lampard and his Chelsea players travel to the newly promoted team in what’s the second game of week three Premier League matches.

Ahead of the game, Lampard told the club’s official website that both Antonio Rudiger and Callum Hudson-Odoi won’t feature against Norwich City.

Antonio Rudiger is not match-fit as he recovers from the serious knee injury sustained at the end of last season.

The German international centre back got injured during the Premier League game at Chelsea towards the end of the last campaign.

For Callum Hudson-Odoi, the young Chelsea winger is back in training having fully recovered from the serious Achilles injury that ended his season in the last campaign.

Frank Lampard and Chelsea are not willing to throw him into the fray yet.

According to the new Chelsea boss, the England international will be in the Chelsea squad after the upcoming international break.

Antonio Rudiger and Callum Hudson-Odoi will go a long way to improve the squad especially after the average start to the season.

Chelsea are yet to taste victory after three games in the new season and the Norwich City game represents the perfect opportunity to get a first win under the new managerial era of Frank Lampard.
