French Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint Germain (PSG) will replace star player Neymar with Juventus forward Paolo Dybala in the event that the Brazilian leave the club this summer.

The European transfer window does not end until the second day of next month and PSG attacker Neymar could leave the club with the player attracting interest from the Spanish duo of Real Madrid and Barcelona.

According to French publication L’Equipe, PSG want to sign Paulo Dybala who was previously linked with a move to the Premier League.

Dybala came close to joining three-time European champions Manchester United in a swap deal involving Romelu Lukaku who ended up signing for Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan instead of rivals Juventus.

Lukaku joined Inter Milan in a £73.9m deal including add-ons after Dybala failed to agree on a deal with Manchester United.

Paolo Dybala was also linked with a move to North London giants Tottenham Hotspur but the move didn’t see the light of the day.

The 25-year-old Argentine international attacker is seen as a replacement for Neymar at PSG.

Neymar is keen to return to former club Barcelona just two years after moving to the Parc des Princes in a world-record deal worth €220m.
