Unai Emery Makes Demand Ahead Of Burnley Game

Arsenal manager Unai Emery has made a demand from his players ahead of the Premier League game with Burnley at the Emirates Stadium.

The Burnley clash is the first home game of the season for Arsenal in the Premier League.

Unai Emery spoke about the Burnley game during his press conference on Thursday morning.

According to him, he wants an improved performance from his players ahead of the Clarets game.

Arsenal started their Premier League campaign with a 1-0 win at the home of Newcastle United.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang got the only goal of the game for the Gunners.

Unai Emery wants his players to build on that slim victory over the Magpies.

Ahead of the game, Arsenal are expected to welcome the duo of Mesut Ozil and Sead Kolasinac back into the squad.

Ozil and Kolasinac missed the Newcastle United game due to security concerns but Unai Emery confirmed that the two players have returned to training in preparation for the Clarets clash on Saturday.

Arsenal are also expected to feature Alexandre Lacazette for the game after the French international recovered fully from an ankle problem.

Lacazette was an unused substitute for the Newcastle United game and he’s expected to return to the Arsenal XI for the Burnley game.
