Chelsea legend Gianfranco Zola is certain that Kurt Zouma will lose his place in the Blues starting XI after his poor performance against Manchester United in their Premier League clash at the weekend.
Zola made this known while he was on BeIN Sports as he said that Antonio Rudiger will almost certainly replace the Frenchman in the Chelsea starting lineup once the German international is fully recovered from a knee injury.
Antonio Rudiger sustained a serious knee injury at the end of last season.
The German was stretchered off during the league game between Manchester United and Chelsea at Old Trafford last season.
Rudiger is back in training and his return to the starting XI is imminent in place of the aforementioned Kurt Zouma.

Nigerian-born English defender Fikayo Tomori is another center-back option for Chelsea though he’s seen as fourth choice behind Kurt Zouma, Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rudiger.
Kurt Zouma didn’t have the best of games on his return to Chelsea this summer.
The French international had a poor game against Manchester United at the weekend.
Zouma conceded a needless penalty after he brought down Marcus Rashford who dispatched the spot-kick to give hosts Manchester United the lead after 18 minutes.
Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford and Daniel James then scored in the second half to give Manchester United a comprehensive 4-0 win over Zouma and Chelsea.
