Spanish La Liga champions Barcelona have reportedly increased their offer for Paris Saint Germain (PSG) attacker Neymar according to the latest media reports in France.
Neymar has been the subject of several transfer rumors this summer.
According to French media outlet Le Parisien, Spanish La Liga giants Barcelona have stepped up their interest in Neymar by making an increased offer for him.
It was revealed that Barcelona have offered €60m plus Philippe Coutinho for Neymar and that the said offer could increase to €80m plus Philippe Coutinho.
Barcelona is willing to let Philippe Coutinho leave the club for PSG as part of the possible deal to sign Neymar.
Coutinho has not been able to live up to his hefty price tag since joining Barcelona from Premier League giants Liverpool.
The 27-year-old signed for Barcelona in January 2018 in a deal reported to be around £142m.
Coutinho has returned to training with Barcelona after his summer exertions with the Brazilian national team at the 2019 COPA America tournament.
He was a key member of the team that represented Brazil at the COPA America tournament on home soil.
Brazil won the tournament by beating surprise finalists Peru 3-1 in their final clash in July.
