Former Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo told new Everton signing Moise Kean to follow his dream before his transfer to the Premier League.

In an interview with Goal, Moise Kean narrated how former Juventus teammate Ronaldo encouraged him to follow his dream to play Premier League football.

Moise Kean played alongside Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo last season.

It was his breakout season for both club (Juventus) and country (Italy).

Moise Kean scored six goals in 13 appearances in the Italian Serie A last season.

His form for Juventus led to an invitation to the Italian national team setup under the guidance of manager Roberto Mancini.

Moise Kean has left Juventus for Everton though the Italian champions inserted a buyback clause in the transfer that took the young Italian striker to the Premier League.

The 19-year-old signed for the Toffees in a deal reported to be for an initial fee of €27.5m plus €15m in add-ons.

Previous Arsenal target Kean is expected to be the first choice striker at Everton who are hoping to break into the top six of the Premier League at the end of the new season.

The new Premier League campaign starts on Friday and it’s expected to run until May 2020.
