Premier League legend Michael Owen has predicted where Liverpool and Chelsea will finish at the end of the new season.
The new Premier League season starts in six days time.
Former Liverpool striker Owen predicted where his old club Liverpool, Chelsea and the other top teams will finish at the end of the new Premier League season in a chat with BetVictor.
According to the Liverpool legend, his former club will miss out again to champions Manchester City for the title at the end of the 2019/20 Premier League season.
During the 2018/19 Premier League campaign, Liverpool missed out on the title to Manchester City by a solitary point.

Michael Owen went on to say that Europa League champions Chelsea will finish the new season in fourth position under new manager Frank Lampard.
Chelsea finished the last campaign in third position ahead of London rivals Tottenham Hotspur but Michael Owen believes that Spurs will finish in third spot ahead of the Blues.
Owen was also a Manchester United player during his football career and he thinks that his former club will finish the season in fifth position ahead of fellow Europa League campaigner Arsenal.
The Gunners finished last season in fifth position ahead of Manchester United in sixth position.
