Inter Milan midfielder Radja Nainggolan is reportedly on the verge of joining fellow Italian Serie A club Cagliari.
According to trusted Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Radja Nainggolan will join his former club Cagliari in the coming days.
The Belgian international player will more than fill the void left by Nicolo Barella who joined Inter Milan from Cagliari earlier this summer in a big money move.
Italian international Barella was one of the first players to join the Antonio Conte revolution at Inter Milan.
Radja Nainggolan is leaving Inter Milan after just one season at the club.
He is surplus to requirements at Inter Milan on the back of the appointment of the aforementioned Conte as the Nerazzuri boss.
Inter Milan had earlier signed Radja Nainggolan last summer in a swap deal with AS Roma.
The Nerazzurri paid €30m plus midfielder Nicolo Zaniolo for Radja Nainggolan.
Conte has already told the player that he’s not part of his plans at Inter Milan.
The Nerazzurri included Nainggolan in a swap deal for Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku but the offer was turned down by the Red Devils.
With the possible move to Manchester United off, Radja Nainggolan will leave Inter Milan for Cagliari later this month.
