The Welshman was close to leaving Real Madrid to China before the move collapsed on Sunday.
According to the Telegraph, the move was called off by the Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez.
Gareth Bale would have earned a whooping £1m on a weekly basis.
The Welsh international was set to earn £208m over a four-year contract.
Bale is surplus to requirements at Real Madrid as confirmed by manager Zinedine Zidane but he could still have a future at the club.
