Premier League giants Manchester United will make a bid for Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes this week according to the player’s agent.
The incoming bid was revealed by popular journalist Duncan Castles via Transfer Window podcast.
According to him, the agent has informed Sporting Lisbon that they should expect a bid from Manchester United for his client.
Bruno Fernandes has been linked with a move to Manchester United for the majority of this summer’s transfer window and a transfer is still a long way from reality due to the high demands from Sporting Lisbon for their player.

The Portuguese international midfielder has a release clause of £88m in his current deal at Sporting Lisbon though recent reports claimed that the club will be more than happy to let him leave for £70m.
The 24-year-old is a top priority for Manchester United in their quest to sign a midfield replacement for Ander Herrera who left the club this summer to join French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG).
Sporting Lisbon had a good season in the last campaign and Bruno Fernandes was at the heart of it.
The club ended the season with the Portuguese Cup title after the penalty shootout win over rivals FC Porto.
