Three-time European champions Manchester United are reportedly winning the battle to keep star player Paul Pogba at the club beyond this summer.
This is according to the publication from the stables of The Guardian which revealed that Manchester United are yet to receive an offer for the French World Cup winner.
Paul Pogba has been severely linked with clubs like Real Madrid and Juventus this summer but the two clubs have not made a firm offer for him.
The 26-year-old could stay at Manchester United beyond this summer as a result of the lack of bids from either Juventus or Real Madrid.
The Premier League transfer window closes in 24 days’ time.
Paul Pogba talked up the possibility of an exit from Manchester United this summer during the Adidas tour of Tokyo in Japan.
According to him, he wants a new challenge after spending three years at Manchester United in what’s his second spell with the club.
He came through the youth teams at Manchester United before he left the club for Juventus in the summer of 2012 on a free transfer.
Pogba returned to the Theatre of Dreams four years later for a record of £89m after he had won four consecutive league titles at Juventus.
