Inter Milan sporting director Piero Ausilio has confirmed that the Italian Serie A giants are in talks with Manchester United for striker Romelu Lukaku.
Piero Ausilio told reporters at the Linate Airport in Milan about Lukaku and Manchester United.
The Inter sporting director has been in London for the past day for talks with Manchester United on the possible transfer of Belgian international star Lukaku.
He flew into Milan on Thursday evening following talks with Inter Milan.
Inter Milan have made Lukaku their top transfer target for this summer upon the request of newly appointed manager Antonio Conte.

Piero Ausilio also pointed it out to reporters earlier on Thursday.
According to him, the Inter Milan officials are plotting a move for Romelu Lukaku due to Conte’s request.
Italian tactician Conte was named the new Inter Milan manager last month as a replacement for Luciano Spalletti who led the Nerazzurri to fourth place at the end of last season.
Conte has signed a three-year deal at the San Siro and he wants Lukaku to be his central striker for the new season.
Romelu Lukaku has scored 42 goals in 96 appearances for Manchester United since his transfer from Everton two years ago.
