Former Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has backed the Gunners’ quest to sign Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser this summer.

The West Ham United player spoke about Arsenal and transfers during his recent interview with Football London.

According to him, Scottish international star Fraser would be a bargain buy for North London giants Arsenal.

England international Wilshere described Ryan Fraser as the hardest working player in the Premier League.

Arsenal were overwhelming favourites to sign Fraser at the start of the transfer window but the move has stalled in recent weeks.

The latest reports claimed that the move for Ryan Fraser is back on for Arsenal with the Gunners preparing a £25m deal for the petite player.

Ryan Fraser was one of the best players in the Premier League during the last campaign.

The 25-year-old scored seven goals and also provided a whopping 14 assists for the Cherries last season.

Only ex-Chelsea star and new Real Madrid signing Eden Hazard provided more assists (15) than Ryan Fraser last season.

The Bournemouth player would be delighted with the recommendation from ex-Arsenal star Jack Wilshere.

England national team midfielder Wilshere was an Arsenal player until last season when he joined fellow London club West Ham United on a free transfer.
