Premier League giants Manchester United have found out the required transfer fee for one of their transfer targets.

Celtic defender Kieran Tierney has been a long-term transfer target for three-time European champions Manchester United.

According to the publication from the stables of the Daily Mail, Celtic will only sanction the sale of Scottish international Kieran Tierney if they get at least £25m for him.

Celtic have already turned down a £15m bid from North London giants Arsenal for the aforementioned Tierney.

Manchester United will have to face the threat of Premier League rivals Arsenal in their quest to sign Kieran Tierney.

The 22-year-old Scottish international star has established himself as a key player for boyhood club since he came through the ranks at Celtic.

Kieran Tierney was a part of the Celtic team that won three major trophies for the last three seasons in the top flight of Scottish football.

Celtic have won the Scottish Premiership title, Scottish Cup title and the Scottish League Cup title for the last three seasons.

Manchester United have a first choice left-back in Luke Shaw but Kieran Tierney would be able to provide competition for the England international if they can secure his transfer from Celtic ahead of Premier League rivals Arsenal.
