It has been reported over the past weeks that Merseyside outfit Liverpool are keen on the signature of Portuguese outfit Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes in this summer transfer window.
The Reds team are not the only club in the chase of the star player as Man United are also reported to be interested.
However, it is claimed that the Merseyside are no longer interested in signing the much-coveted attacking midfielder.

The report added that there was no intention by the club to land the Portuguese star as claimed in the press.
The 24-year-old is valued at about £60 million which Man United might be willing to pay and that is why the Red Devils have been tipped to win the race now that it has been confirmed that they are favoured in the chase.
However, manager Jurgen Klopp had earlier claimed that he would not be doing any big money signing in this summer transfer window as he hopes to keep his team together and not have them distracted.
It is still unclear if Liverpool will strengthen this summer window as they are yet to confirm any deal despite being linked with a number of names.
