There are hints that West London outfit Chelsea are no more running for former Juventus manager Max Allegri as a potential replacement for Italian manager Maurizio Sarri in this summer transfer window.

Max Allegri parted ways with the Old Lady after the just concluded season by delivering the Serie A title but he was unable to secure his dream of lifting the Champions League title with the club after many failed attempts.

It is, therefore, claimed that he is being wanted by the Blues as Chelsea are also parting ways with Maurizio Sarri as well.

The former Napoli boss is reported to have agreed to a deal with Juventus as Max Allegri’s replacement which makes the job available at the Stamford Bridge.

Max Allegri will no longer be joining Chelsea as he has revealed that he will not be picking any job for now but will seek to take a vacation to be with his family.

According to the Italian manager, his last 16 years has been centrifuge and will need to take a break to be with friends and family before having his batteries recharged to return back after another season.

Meanwhile, Frank Lampard have been tipped as a favourite for the job should Sarri eventually leaves the club.
