It has been reported that English Premier League outfit Man United now face a battle against Spanish La Liga outfit Barcelona for the signature of their start target and Real Betis young left full-back Junior Firpo.
Junior Firpo is one of the hottest young left-backs in entire Europe at the moment which makes the competition for him very high.
A number of clubs have already indicated their interest in signing the Star Player but latest reports suggest that the race is now between Man United and Barcelona.

It is now unclear what the decision for the Under-21 Spanish player would be and there are fears that Barcelona could stand a better chance knowing that Junior Firpo will rather seek to remain in Spain.
More so, the Red Devils lost out of the top four which means there will be no Champions League football and that would have been an attraction for the young lad.
This remains a big blow to Man United as they seek to rebuild their team with young and quality players.
More so, there is a desperate need by Barcelona to have Jordi Alba replaced by Real Betis left-back ahead of the coming season, which promises to be more competitive.
