Manchester United defender Eric Bailly will stay at the club beyond this summer after a U-turn was performed on him by manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The Ivorian international center-back was initially available for sale but Solskjaer has made a U-turn on the transfer decision.
According to the publication from the stables of ESPN, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has decided to cool his interest in the likes of Harry Maguire (Leicester City) and Kalidou Koulibaly (Napoli) and give Eric Bailly another chance to save his Manchester United career.
Solskjaer is hopeful that Eric Bailly would be fit for the pre-season tour of Australia in July.

Eric Bailly suffered a knee problem in the final weeks of the just concluded Premier League season.
The former Espanyol and Villarreal player was said to be a transfer target for clubs like Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, AC Milan and Lyon earlier in the year.
The aforementioned publication further revealed that the Red Devils have made the signing of a new right-back top priority during this summer’s transfer window.
The likes of Ashley Young and Diogo Dalot were not able to perform at a high level consistently during the just concluded campaign and the Red Devils have targeted a move for players like Aaron Wan-Bissaka (Crystal Palace) and Thomas Meunier (PSG).
