Merseyside outfit Liverpool star has been a subject of interest from a number of top sides, especially from the Spanish La Liga outfit Real Madrid ahead of the coming summer transfer window.

The Senegal international has been superb for the Reds team so far this season and he was a joint winner of the Golden Boot as the highest goalscorer in the English Premier League with 22 goals alongside Mohamed Salah and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

His impressive performance against French Ligue 1 outfit Paris Saint Germain in the Champions League will never be forgotten and it is suggested that it remains a reference point for Real Madrid.

However, the star player has made it clear that he would not be moving to the Spanish capital because of his wish to remain at Anfield.

According to him, Liverpool is a big side that beat big teams and that makes him happy as a player rather than move away, despite admitting that it is a pleasure to have a big side like Real Madrid having interest in him.

Meanwhile, Liverpool will hope on the ability of Sadio Made and Mohamed Salah to defeat their English Premier League rivals Tottenham in the Champions League finals later in June.
