Europa League finalists Arsenal will have to deal with the threat of Liverpool in the chase for Bournemouth midfielder Ryan Fraser according to The Sun.
Ryan Fraser had a very good Premier League campaign and it’s not surprising that clubs like Arsenal are on his trail.
Champions League finalists Liverpool are the latest club to join the race to sign the aforementioned Fraser.
The London duo of Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur had previously been mentioned as a potential transfer destination for the Scottish international player.
Arsenal see him as a possible replacement for Aaron Ramsey who’s expected to link up with his new teammates at Italian champions Juventus at the end of his contract with the Gunners this summer.
Ramsey has agreed on a free transfer move to Juventus with a four-year contract already signed to make him the highest paid footballer in Great Britain at £400,000 per annum.
Tottenham Hotspur have been short in the midfield area since Belgian international star Moussa Dembele left the club for China in January and Ryan Fraser could provide cover in that department.
For Chelsea, Fraser could be a direct replacement for midfielder Cesc Fabregas who left the Blues in January.
Ryan Fraser scored seven goals and also provided 14 assists during the just concluded Premier League season.
Only Chelsea talisman Eden Hazard (15) bagged more assists than Ryan Fraser who has just one year left on his contract at Bournemouth.
