The English Premier League outfit Manchester United are trying to act fast on the signature of France international Antoine Griezmann ahead of the summer transfer window.

Antoine Griezmann has already made it clear that he will be leaving the club at the end of the season after posting a message on his social media platform to his fans.

Obviously, the report of his move has not gone well with the fans as they reeled out their reactions by having some negative chants against the star striker in his last game for Atletico Madrid.

However, it is expected that Antoine Griezmann would be heading to Barcelona with reports that he has already agreed on a deal to join them.

There could, therefore, be a swift transfer of Antoine Griezmann with reports that Manchester United are trying to hijack the deal.

From every indication, Manchester United will part ways with Belgium international Romelu Lukaku as manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer plans to have a total overhaul of his team.

It would be noted that Griezmann’s release clause at Spanish capital currently stands at €200m (£175m) but will come down to €100m (£87m) at the start of July.

Manchester United are therefore tipped to hijack the deal should they submit an offer in good time.
