Former Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has told English Premier League outfit Manchester United to ensure the signature of Wales International Gareth Bale ahead of the coming season.

It is suggested that Gareth Bale will be available in this summer transfer window as he will seek to leave the Spanish La Liga outfit Real Madrid owing to his sour relationship with manager Zinedine Zidane.

It has been reported that the two will not work together in the coming season which is why he is being linked with other clubs in this summer transfer window.

Manchester United have been long-term suitors for the former Tottenham star and they are to yet be linked.

Former Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has, therefore, warned the Red Devils not to miss out on the star player, insisting that anyone that manages to land his signature would be glad.

He stressed that Gareth Bale is a very fantastic player and will bring quality to the Old Trafford if is eventually signed.

Meanwhile, Bale’s contract at the Bernabeu still runs until the next three years after he signed a six-year deal in October 2016.

It is therefore unknown if manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will take the risk to land the star player.
