Watford midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure has been a top performer for the Hornets since he joined them at the start of last season.

It’s not surprising that a lot of clubs both in England and outside are interested in his signature.

According to the Daily Mirror, Watford midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure is on their shortlist for midfielders this summer.

PSG want to sign a new midfielder this summer and the aforementioned Doucoure feature prominently on the list of transfer targets.

The French giants are shipping for a new midfielder to replace Adrien Rabiot at the club.

French international Rabiot will leave PSG this summer after his contract expires.

The player had earlier told senior PSG officials that he won’t be signing a new contract at the club thereby prompting his expulsion from first team duties at the Parc des Princes.

His last appearance for the PSG first team came in December against Red Star Belgrade in the last group stage game of their Champions League campaign.

The aforementioned publication revealed that PSG is targeting Chelsea star N’Golo Kante as their first choice while Arsenal target Doucoure is the second choice if they can’t sign Kante from Chelsea.

Abdoulaye Doucoure has been linked with a move to Arsenal this summer with the Gunners resigned to losing Aaron Ramsey to Italian champions Juventus this summer.
