The English Premier League outfit Liverpool have got a world-class goalkeeper in Brazilian international Alisson Becker but there will be a need to have the second choice Simon Mignolet replaced in the summer transfer window.
It has been confirmed that some players will be leaving the Anfield this coming summer transfer window for a search of a first-team football and Simon Mignolet has been mentioned to be part of them.
The stopper failed to beat the competition from Alisson Becker and was left to the bench with no enough playing time in the team.
However, the agent of young Turkish stopper Ugurcan Cakir has revealed that the Reds team have already indicated interest in his client and they are already stepping forward with a bid for his signature.
He noted that they have held talks with the Liverpool officials and it has been positive so far.
Ugurcan Cakir was impressive with Trabzonspor this season and that has caught the attention of a number of top sides who are all seeking to land him this summer with Schalke and Lille also keen on his signature.
However, it is claimed that the Merseyside outfit will insist on the signature of Ugurcan Cakir so he can come in to develop and learn from the Brazilian stopper.
