The Merseyside outfit Liverpool have been tipped to participate in the coming summer transfer window despite having a successful season.

Liverpool have got one of the best team in entire of Europe as they were only able to suffer one defeat in the English Premier League this season but ended up not winning the title.

This remains a thing of concern despite the fact that they will be playing in the Champions League finals against Tottenham on June 1.

However, the Jurgen Klopp team have been linked to the signature of tow German international Julian Brandt and Timo Werner with claims that they will be moving in for them in the summer window as they wish to dominate next season.

These reports have therefore been dismissed by BBC journalist David Ornstein who told Radio 5 Live last night that Liverpool will not be signing either player.

According to him, the Reds team will not spend on the two players as he noted that efforts have been made to sign the duo in the past did not work through because the players were not interested in coming.

It is therefore suggested that it takes more than Julian Brandt and Timo Werner for Liverpool to come big against Man City and overcome them in coming season.
