The Merseyside outfit Everton now have their focus on Chelsea star defender Reece James ahead of the coming summer transfer window, according to reports by Football Insider
Reece James has impressed with the Championship outfit Wigan so far this season which has attracted Everton to seek his signature.
The Merseyside outfit are keen on a new right back and hope they can have the best from Reece James to help the team ahead of the coming season. They are therefore ready to step forward with an offer as soon as the summer transfer window is opened.
It is therefore left for the Bleus team to make a decision of whether Reece James would return to the club for a first-team football or will remain with Wigan for another loan spell.
But manager Maurizio Sarri has hinted that some of the players would be returning to the club to help the team ahead of the coming season as they are unable to sign new players as a result of the transfer ban.
However, it is suggested that Reece James will seek to move to Everton where he is sure of securing the needed exposure and progress as a first team player in the coming season.
