The latest report reveals that England international Danny Drinkwater has been banned by the police to stop driving for the next 20 months after admitting to have crashed a Range Rover into a wall after drinking.

Danny Drinkwater who had two women in the car is reported to have caused damage worth £50,000 to his car.

However, Danny Drinkwater has failed to impose himself in the Chelsea team after his move from Leicester City and he has not been favoured for selection. A number of times he has been linked away from the club but he seems not to be ready for the move.

Manager Maurizio Sarri has told the former English Premier League champion that he is no longer in his plan but it is still a surprise that he is yet to leave the club despite the lack of playing time.

A number of teams have been linked with a move for Danny Drinkwater and it is expected that he leaves the club at the end of the season if manager Maurizio Sarri does not have a change of mind as a result of the transfer ban on the club.

It is no longer news that Chelsea will not be able to sign a new player until after two transfer windows.
