It is the end for the English Premier League outfit Liverpool in the race for Port Vale starlet Luke Daley ahead of the coming summer transfer window.
Luke Daley has impressed a lot as a 16-year-old and Liverpool is part of the teams that have sent scouts to watch the star player who has been tipped to make one of the best players in the worlds in coming years.
However, the Reds team were keen to have Luke Daley join the club so that he can continue his development and probably join the first team in nearest future but that may not happen anymore as the deal has been hijacked by Huddersfield Town.
The left-sided midfielder is reportedly set to seal a deal with the English team which means he seeks to begin his first team performance without any delay.
Luke Daley would have been a better fit for Liverpool and their speculative transfer budget as manager Jurgen Klopp has already stated that his team will not do big money deals and it is expected that Luke Daley will not attract t any huge fee.
Meanwhile, the Reds team have missed out of the English Premier League title and will be hoping they seal a win in the Champions League finals against Tottenham.
