It has been confirmed that a deal will go down between the English Premier League outfit Chelsea and the Spanish La Liga side Real Madrid which will not necessarily be a deal for Belgium international.
Real Madrid star Mateo Kovacic is currently at the West London outfit on a loan deal and a permanent deal is being considered with manager Maurizio Sarri ready to hand him a permanent stay at the cub.
It is reported that Real Madrid will be willing to release Mateo Kovacic who has recorded a level of success at the Stamford Bridge as manager Zinedine Zidane does not have him in the plans ahead of the coming season.
However, the Blues are expected to make a reasonable offer for Mateo Kovacic as it is confirmed that the transfer ban by FIFA will not stop them from sealing a deal for the Real Madrid player who is not any new to the club.
The West London outfit have been found guilty of going against the transfer rules and have been handed a ban from participating in the next two transfer windows.
The appeal by Chelsea has been dismissed by FIFA but they have been told they can proceed to the Court of Arbitration of Sport, CAS.
