19-year-old Reece James has been added to the West London outfit after he was seen training with the first team ahead of their Europa League clash against Eintracht Frankfurt, later today.
Reece James has been on a season loan with Wigan where he was excellent in his performance but he was helpless to help the team secure a playoff spot for the promotion to the English Premier League.
The star player was able to deliver three goals and another three assist as a full-back for Wigan with speculations that he has returned to the Blues to hold talks with the management over what his future holds.
It is yet to been seen if manager Maurizio Sarri ill insist on Reece James staying at the club but there are suggestions that a number of players would be coming back from loan to be with the first team ahead of the coming summer window.
The West London outfit have been handed a transfer ban that will stop them from registering any new player in the next two windows despite the need for the team to be more equipped.
However, the decision would be left to manager Maurizio Sarri to make on Reece James as soon as the season ends.
