It has been confirmed that the English Premier League outfit Chelsea will not be allowed to participate in the coming summer transfer window as FIFA insists on the ban for the next year.

The Blues team were accused of involving in deals for foreign players who are below 18, against the rule of the game and that has caught up with them.

The West London outfit had made an attempt to have the ban appealed but it is yet to happen as FIFA announce on Wednesday that the ban still stands but gave the Blues team the chance of going to the Court of Arbitration for Sport for the final attempt.

However, the Blues team have been told that they will be able to sign players who are below 16 within the period of the ban.

This, therefore, means that the West London outfit will put an end to their chase of players ahead of the summer window as they will not be able to land them.

More so, the Blues team will do all ion their powers to keep most of their players at the club until the ban is over while those on loan could be made to return back to the Stamford Bridge at the end of the season
