Cody Drameh is only 17 but he has been tipped to be a big signing for the Merseyside outfit Liverpool, should they succeed to secure his signature from Fulham in the coming summer transfer window.

The young lad is a right full-back who has impressed so far this season and that has got everyone talking with a lot of scouts trooping in to have their own glimpse and study.

Liverpool have been able to get it right with Trent Alexander-Arnold who has been very impressive since he was handed a first-team role and the move for Cody Drameh has been viewed as an attempt to get the system running as he would not only come in as a cover but he will also understudy the young player.

The benefit of having a player like Trent Alexander-Arnold was seen in Liverpool’s game against Barcelona as his foresight was enough to hand Divock Origi a pass to deliver the winning goal against the Spanish side in the second leg of the Champions League semi-finals.

One thing Liverpool are sure to benefit is the fact that Cody Drameh, just like Trent Alexander-Arnold plays modern right back football which has been helpful to manager Jurgen Klopp.

However, the German boss is reported to be keen on the signature of the star player as he seeks to lay more emphasis on his defence especially after the capture of Virgil Van Dijk from Southampton.

Meanwhile, manager Jurgen Kopp has hinted that there will be no big money buys in the summer window and Cody Drameh obviously falls into that category.
