Jurgen Klopp moves to hurt Barcelona more with the capture of untouchable player

The English Premier League outfit Liverpool have succeeded in hurting and humiliating the Spanish La Liga champions Barcelona as they proceed to the Champions League despite the initial lead by the Catalans.

Barcelona had defeated Liverpool in the first leg by 3-0 at the Anfield but they still could not move ahead as they were thrashed by 4-0 at the Anfield to end their dream of a double this season, after winning the La Liga title.

However, a recent development reveals that Liverpool are set to hurt Barcelona the more as they are preparing to snap up one of the most important players in the team.

It is reported that Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde is a big fan of Croatia international midfielder Ivan Rakitic and has regarded him as an untouchable in the team but Liverpool are ready to snap him up.

The Reds team have got a solid midfield so far this season but manager Jurgen Kopp expects a bigger challenge and he seeks to bring in the players that will help with the job.

Ivan Rakitic is a world class player who has proven to be one of the best midfielders in the past two seasons. His quality was also seen at the last FIFA 2018 World Cup where he helped his team reach the finals in Russia but we’re stopped by France.

It is claimed that manager Jurgen Kopp will boast of a solid team if he is able to land Ivan Rakitic in the coming summer transfer window.

But it is yet to be seen if Barcelona will be ready to part ways with the star player as he might not be replaced.

According to him, the World Cup tournament is a big title for a footballing nation like Argentina and Lionel Messi must win it for him to be considered as the best player the world has ever seen.

Lionel Messi is widely regarded by a lot of people as the best player in the history of world football.

The Argentine international skipper came close to winning the World Cup title at the 2014 edition in Brazil before his team lost 1-0 to Germany.

The Germans won the game thanks to the extra time winner from substitute Mario Gotze off an assist from another substitute Andre Schurrle.

Lionel Messi has also reached the COPA America tournament on two occasions before they were beaten on penalties by Chile each time.

The Argentine has won five Ballon d’Or titles till date which is the same number won by his rival, Cristiano Ronaldo of Portugal and Italian Serie A giants Juventus.

Barcelona Star To Miss Five Weeks With Hamstring Injury

Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele has been ruled out of action for five weeks with a hamstring injury.

The Spanish La Liga giants announced the injury to the Frenchman on Monday.

The new development is a big blow to Barcelona who started the season with a disappointing 1-0 defeat to hosts Athletic Bilbao.

Ousmane Dembele played the entire duration of that game against Athletic Bilbao.

The French international is in his third season at Barcelona and his time at the club has been characterized by various injury problems.

Dembele signed for Barcelona from German Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2017 following the exit of Neymar to French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG).

Barcelona signed Ousmane Dembele as the direct replacement for Neymar who sealed a world-record transfer of €220m to PSG.

Dembele is the latest Barcelona attacker to be struck down with injury after the duo of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.

Messi missed the Athletic Bilbao game on Friday with a calf injury, while Luis Suarez was substituted in the first half of the match played at the San Mames.

Athletic Bilbao won the league game 1-0 courtesy the 89th-minute bicycle kick from second half substitute Aritz Aduriz.

Money Liverpool Will Lose As Coutinho Joins Bayern Revealed



Premier League giants Liverpool have also been affected by the Barcelona exit of former player Philippe Coutinho on Monday.

Brazilian international Coutinho became a Bayern player earlier in the week following his loan transfer from Spanish La Liga champions Barcelona.

According to the UL Mirror, his loan move to Bayern Munich has a big financial consequence on Liverpool whom he left to join Barcelona at the start of last year.

It was revealed that Liverpool will lose at least £23m because of the loan transfer from Barcelona to the Allianz Arena.

Philippe Coutinho became the most expensive Barcelona signing in January after he completed a £142m deal to the Nou Camp.

Barcelona paid £105m upfront plus £37m in add-ons.

Liverpool won’t get the majority of the add-ons from the transfer to Barcelona after Coutinho left the club to join the Bavarian giants on Monday.

The 27-year-old will wear the number 10 jersey at the Allianz Arena.

Philippe Coutinho will be the direct replacement for Real Madrid loanee James Rodriguez who spent two seasons at Bayern.

James Rodriguez left Real Madrid to join Bayern Munich on loan in the summer of 2017 and he went on to win two league titles for the Bavarian giants.

Barcelona Confirm €8.5m Deal For Coutinho To Join New Club

Spanish La Liga giants Barcelona have confirmed the exit of midfielder Philippe Coutinho to German Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich.

The announcement was made by the Spanish champions on Monday.

Coutinho will join Bayern Munich on a season-long loan deal with the option for a permanent transfer.

Bayern will pay €8.5m for the loan deal and part with €120m if they want to make the loan deal a permanent one.

Philippe Coutinho will wear the number 10 jersey at his new club.

The former Liverpool star didn’t have the best of times at Barcelona.

He spent 18 months at the Nou Camp but the Brazilian international didn’t live up to his hefty price tag.

Philippe Coutinho is the most expensive player in the history of Barcelona after the Catalan giants paid €160m for his transfer from Premier League giants Liverpool.

He left the reigning European champions controversially for Barcelona in January 2018.

During his 18 months at Barcelona, Philippe Coutinho helped the club to win two Spanish La Liga titles as well as the 2017/18 Spanish Copa Del Rey title.

Philippe Coutinho would be the direct replacement for Real Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez who spent the last two years at Bayern Munich on loan from the Spanish giants.

Coutinho Speaks On Failed Barcelona Career

New Bayern Munich signing Philippe Coutinho has spoken about his failed career at Spanish La Liga giants Barcelona.

Coutinho talked about his time with Barcelona during his official presentation as a Bayern Munich player.

According to him, things didn’t work out the way he wanted.

Philippe Coutinho went on to add that his Barcelona spell is in the past and that his focus is on his new club.

The Brazilian international has signed for Bayern Munich on loan until next summer.

The 27-year-old will spend the rest of this season at the Allianz Arena as Bayern Munich chase down honors in three major competitions namely the Champions League, German Bundesliga and the German Cup.

Bayern Munich have paid €8.5m for his loan transfer from Barcelona and they have the option to make the deal a permanent one for the sum of €220m.

Coutinho has been handed the number 10 jersey at Bayern Munich.

He will be the direct replacement for Colombian international star James Rodriguez who was at Bayern Munich until this summer.

James Rodriguez joined the Bavarian giants on a two-year loan deal and that expired earlier in the summer.

Philippe Coutinho made just 22 starts for Barcelona last season after a run of eight goals in his first 18 league games as a Barcelona player.
