Liverpool in major confusion over striker transfer decision

Divock Origi

The Merseyside outfit Liverpool were delivered and brought back to the English Premier League title race by a late winner from Divock Origi and that has got the club in a standstill.

This is as Divock Origi has already been put up for sale with Wolves already submitting an offer that was rejected by the player.

There were expectations that the star player would leave the club at the end of the season but that may no longer happen as he was rated the third choice behind Roberto Firmino and Daniel Sturridge.

With Daniel Sturridge’s contract at the Anfield set to expire at the end of the season, there are fears that he would be allowed to leave for Divock Origi to take his place as the second choice owing to his wonder goals.

This is not the first time that Divock Origi will be saving the Jurgen Klopp team with a late winner as it would be recalled that he did it in December last year when he came from the bench to deliver the winning goal against Everton in the first leg of the Merseyside derby.

However, it is left to manager Jurgen Klopp to make the decision on who should leave at the end of the season and who would be brought in the striking position.
