Former Manchester United defender Wes Brown is certain that Paul Pogba deserves his place on the PFA Team of the Year list.
Paul Pogba was named on the PFA Team of the Year alongside players of Manchester City and Liverpool.
Liverpool players like Trent Alexander-Arnold, Sadio Mane, Virgil Van Dijk, and Andy Robertson were named on the list alongside six Manchester City stars.
Ederson, Aymeric Laporte, Sergio Aguero, Fernandinho, Bernardo Silva and Raheem Sterling are the Manchester City players on the PFA Team of the Year list.
Wes Brown talked about Pogba in a chat with the official website of Manchester United as he said that the Frenchman deserves to be on the PFA Team list.
Eyebrows were raised when Pogba made the list ahead of the likes of Chelsea talisman Eden Hazard, Liverpool star Mohamed Salah and others.
Pogba has scored 13 goals in the Premier League this season in addition to nine assists.
The Frenchman has been strongly linked with a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid who are expected to rebuild their ailing squad this summer.
Pogba has just two years left on the five-year deal that he signed when he returned to Old Trafford from Italian champions Juventus in the summer of 2016.
Manchester United can also activate the extra year in his contract.
