It has been reported that West London outfit Chelsea star Danny Drinkwater has been arrested by the Police after he had an accident in the early hours of Monday as he is alleged to be returning from a party.
He is reported to have crashed his Range Rover in a Skoda with a lawyer friend Beth Mantel when they hit Emma Brown at approximately 12:30, just six miles close to his house in Hale, Greater Manchester.
The two are reportedly being treated at the hospital but he is reported to be facing questions from the police and would be charged accordingly if he is found guilty of driving when drunk.
The report claims that Danny Drinkwater has been found of partying and that is becoming his habit as the crashed happened a few hours before his team filed out to play West Ham United.
The West London outfit have, therefore, reacted to the incident but noted that an official statement would be issued if the facts have been established.
Danny Drinkwater has not been a major part of the Chelsea team because he has been relegated to bench roles after his move from Leicester City which is why he seeks to leave the Stamford Bridge.
