There are indications that English Premier League side Chelsea have already reached an agreement with Spanish LA Liga outfit Real Madrid over the potential move of Belgium international Eden Hazard at the end of the season.

Eden Hazard has been interesting the La Liga side for some time now and has been tipped to replace world best player Cristiano Ronaldo who has left the club to join Italian Serie A outfit.

The interest became more serious when Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane made a special claim of Eden Hazard, stating that he is a fantastic player and would like to work with him.

However, a report according to Marca claims that an agreement has already been reached between the two sides and Eden Hazard could sign a six-year deal with the La Liga outfit.

The report did not speculate the fee that has been agreed upon but there are suggestions that the Los Blancos will not pay an amount as high as the £200 million asking price by the West London outfit for the Belgium international.

This development leaves the Blues with no choice than to secure a replacement in the coming summer window should their appeal of the transfer ban by FIFA be lifted.
